About Us - Sadhachen

Sadhachen is an international interior design practice dedicated to bringing new and sophisticated creative ideas to the hospitality world. Formerly known as Tonny Sadha Interior Design, Inc. (TSID), the company was founded in 2005 in New York City by Tonny Sadha. In 2007 Jenny Chen joined TSID, bringing 15 years of experience, with a particular focus on restaurant design. With a newly opened Shanghai office in 2011, the two partnered and rebranded to sadhachen.

The firm strives to develop individualized fresh solutions that reflect today’s market of ever-increasing expectations. It combines innovative use of materials, technology, and custom-made products and furniture to craft unique architectural and interior spaces

The boutique firm has assembled an exceptional creative team based in Bali and Shanghai. With a high level of commitment to and passion for design, a diverse group of architects, interior and graphic designers collaborate seamlessly to create end products that bear a distinctive stamp, yet each telling its own story. Each project is exquisitely conceived, meticulously crafted, and has a deep emotional connection with the tradition of its location.

Recently completed projects include Nirjhara Resort in Tabanan, Bali, Suites at Padma Hotel Semarang, Park Hyatt in Ningbo China and Hilton Garden Inn Hotels in Guiyang, Shiyan and Hangzhou West Lake. The design for guestrooms of Padma Hotel Bandung is a finalist of 2024 Best Guestroom Design by USA Hospitality Design Awards.
